Three Shires Invasive Weeds Solutions methodology provides a faster, efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to other comparable methods available.

The strategy has been developed though on-site experience and research, that is based on a detailed understanding of Japanese Knotweed and other Invasive Weed plants, and how they propagate.

We have also developed suitable strategies to eradicate Japanese Knotweed by watercourses, in close proximity to trees and in environmentally sensitive areas.

Cell Burial or Site Encapsulation are the best methods for eradicating Japanese Knotweed within a site.

Contaminated soil is carefully excavated and transported on site to a specially dug burial pit lined with a specialist Japanese Knotweed Barrier.

Uncontaminated earth is then placed on top of the sealed cell, allowing the land to be used for Landscaping.

  Three Shires Invasive Solutions provide a fully managed works package to excavate and transport invasive Weeds from site. With our detailed knowledge of invasive plants, we can minimise the amount of contaminated soil that needs to be transported to registered landfill, minimising the cost. All transport is undertaken by our licenced carriers.
